Focus is to increase insight in unconscious fixed patterns in your life. Conversations, breathing exercises and movement will increase your insight in behaviour that inhibits you which is the first step towards letting go and more authenticity.
This approach gives quick and lasting results and differs substantially from learning new techniques or specific behaviour.
Apart from conversations I work with breathing exercises, core energetics techniques, mindfulness, yoga and meditation. Duration and depth of the work are individual decissions. You may choose for short term coaching, personal leadership training or a path of transformation.
